Your dedicated Service Coordinator will become your “go to” person; they’ll manage your account and when scheduling your workshop servicing, they’ll liaise with you to ensure we minimise disruption to your operation.

Our unique online portal keeps track of scheduled maintenance requirements and records all service and maintenance activity, providing complete traceability on each job, real-time activity updates and management reports.

• Care plans must be taken out within six months of installation. To uphold warranty, machines must be maintained by an ISN Engineer, as per the user manual.
• Care Plans and equipment warranties exclude general wear & tear parts and consumables.
WHEEL SERVICE CARE PLANS
- TYRE CHANGER – 3 Years servicing, plus an additional year’s warranty
- WHEEL BALANCER – 3 Years servicing, plus an additional year’s warranty
- TYRE CHANGER & WHEEL BALANCER – 3 Years servicing, plus an additional year’s warranty on both machines
WHEEL ALIGNMENT CARE PLANS
SILVER SERVICE – 1 Year & 3 Year* CCD & 3D alignment Care Plans available (2 x 6-monthly routine calibrations per year)
GOLD SERVICE – 1 Year & 3 Year* CCD & 3D alignment Care Plans available (2 x 6-monthly routine calibrations per year, 1 x latest software update during a calibration visit)
PLATINUM SERVICE – 1 Year & 3 Year* CCD & 3D alignment Care Plans available (2 x 6-monthly routine calibrations per year, 1 x latest software update and additional training for up to 3 people in the workshop during a calibration visit)
*All 3 year care plans come with an additional year’s warranty.
MOT CALIBRATION CARE PLANS
- EMISSIONS (1, 3* & 5* years available) – Calibration of OPA and AGS head (2 routine visits, 3 calibrations)
- BRAKE TESTER & HEAD LAMP ALIGNER (1, 3* & 5* years available) – Calibration of brake tester and head lamp aligner (2 routine visits per year)
*All 3 & 5 year care plans come with additional warranty.
COMPRESSOR CARE PLANS
GOLD SERVICE – Service carried out at 2000 and 4000 hours running time. Includes parts and labour, environmental waste removal, service reminder, compressor health check, PUWER Certification and on-site training
PLATINUM SERVICE – Service carried out at 2000, 4000 and 8000 hours running time. Includes parts and labour, environmental waste removal, service reminder, compressor health check, PUWER Certification, on-site training, priority breakdown and an additional year’s warranty
VEHICLE LIFT CARE PLANS
- 3 Years servicing – 2 routine visits per year, plus an additional year’s warranty
- 5 Years servicing – 2 routine visits per year, plus an additional 3 year warranty
